- Parking, toll, and interstate permit charges are extra.
- The driver will drive the vehicle from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Additional charges will apply if the service extends beyond this time.
- Driver night stay allowance is applicable.

Booking & Payment
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
- Full payment for hotel, train, and flight tickets must be made at the time of booking.
- The entire package amount (100%) must be paid on or before the first day of travel.
- Only online/account transfers are accepted.
- Important: Always call us before transferring the advance to confirm availability. Transfer funds only to accounts listed on our official website.
Vehicle & Driver Details
- Driver working hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Beyond this, extra charges apply (confirmed at booking).
- Driver and vehicle details will be shared 12 hours before the journey.
- No luggage carriers unless arranged in advance.
- Do not instruct drivers to park illegally or overspeed; traffic rules are strictly followed.
- Travel days are counted as calendar days, not 24 hours.
- AC will not operate in hilly areas or while the vehicle is stopped/parked.
Trip Changes or Deviations
- Any change (pickup/drop, extensions, modifications) incurs extra charges (kms, tolls, parking, driver allowance).
- Skipping destinations does not reduce package cost.
- All trips are round trips; one-way trips not permitted.
Accommodation
- Hotels must be within 5 km of city limits; else extra charges apply (cab packages only).
- Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out charges (if any) are payable directly at the hotel.
- Valid photo ID required at all hotels/lodges/resorts.
- If unhappy with hotel, do not check in. Cancellation after check-in not possible.
Prohibited Items
- No kitchen appliances or flammable items (gas cylinders, cookers) in vehicles.
- If cooking equipment is needed, a separate vehicle can be arranged.

Hotel, Events, Food, Tickets & Visa Cancellations: Refunds are subject to funds received from the relevant supplier/third-party provider. If hotels deny refund, charges will be added to the package cost.
Booking & Communication
Important Tax Notice
Taxes applicable at the time of reservation are not included in the package price and must be paid by the customer.
Travel & Sightseeing
- Plan sightseeing with the driver.
- Most attractions close by 6:00 PM.

All disputes will be handled only in the courts of Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District – PIN 629001.
